Thank you for using Rewine. This Privacy Policy explains how the Rewine app (“the App”) handles your information. The short version: the App does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything you save stays on your iPhone.

Rewine does not collect any personal data. Specifically, the App does not collect or process:
Everything you enter — your wines, ratings (Loved, Fine, Never again), occasions, notes, and photos — is stored exclusively on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer.
With your permission, the App uses the camera solely to photograph wine labels when you choose to add a photo. Photos are saved only inside the App on your device. Deleting a wine permanently deletes its photo, and deleting the App deletes all of its data. No photo ever leaves your device.
Rewine is completely free. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no in-app purchases, and no push notifications. Nothing about you is registered with the developer.
The App integrates no third-party analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or social media frameworks. No data is shared with any third party.
The App is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain technical and usage data as part of operating the App Store. This data collection is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and is outside the developer’s control.
Rewine is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any data from users of any age, including children. Since no personal data is collected at all, the App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable European regulations.
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted by the App, there is no data to secure on the developer’s end. Any data stored locally on your device is protected by the security features of your iPhone, including device encryption.
As the App does not collect or process any personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, export, or delete. If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); since no personal data is processed, no legal basis is required and no data subject rights apply in practice. If you nonetheless have a concern, please contact the developer.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, for example if new features are added to the App. The updated policy will always be available at the URL linked in the App and on the App Store listing. The date at the top of this document indicates when the policy was last updated.
