Thank you for using Leasing Pilot. This Privacy Policy explains how the Leasing Pilot app (“the App”) handles your information. The short version: the App does not collect, store, or share any personal data with the developer. Everything you enter stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account.

Leasing Pilot does not collect any personal data. Specifically, the App does not collect or process:
Everything you enter — your leasing contracts, mileage readings, notes, and settings — is stored on your device using Apple’s on-device storage. The developer has no access to it.
If you are signed in to iCloud, the App syncs your contracts and mileage readings across your own devices using Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit private database). This data lives in your personal iCloud account, is not shared with anyone, and is not accessible to the developer. If you prefer not to sync, you can disable iCloud for Leasing Pilot in your device’s system settings.
Leasing Pilot is free for one contract. Unlimited contracts can be unlocked with a single one-time purchase (no subscription), processed through Apple’s App Store; the developer does not receive or store any payment information. If you enable reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device (mileage reminders and a contract-end reminder); no data is sent to any server to deliver them.
The App integrates no third-party analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or social media frameworks. No data is shared with any third party.
The App is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain technical and usage data as part of operating the App Store. This data collection is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and is outside the developer’s control.
Leasing Pilot is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any data from users of any age, including children. Since no personal data is collected by the developer at all, the App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable European regulations.
Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is no data to secure on the developer’s end. Data stored on your device is protected by the security features of your iPhone, including device encryption; data synced via iCloud is protected by Apple’s iCloud security.
As the App does not collect or process any personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, export, or delete. If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); since no personal data is processed, no legal basis is required and no data subject rights apply in practice. If you nonetheless have a concern, please contact the developer.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, for example if new features are added to the App. The updated policy will always be available at the URL linked in the App and on the App Store listing. The date at the top of this document indicates when the policy was last updated.
